They perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. They ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy all areas of establishment, primarily guest rooms Sweep, mop and vacuum floors Dust and polish furniture and fixtures Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens Make beds and change linens as required Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards Help with laundry and general cleaning Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts Ability to make quick decisions Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
