Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will ensure that every area is spotless, well-organized, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for residents or guests Follow sanitation protocols meticulously to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs Respond promptly to special requests from residents or guests to enhance their experience and satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies used in commercial or residential settings Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Prior experience in laundry services or custodial roles is advantageous Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces that brighten people's days!
