Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that all areas are spotless and well-organized, contributing to an exceptional experience for everyone. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, laundry, and hospitality operations within a dynamic setting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle all laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines with care and safety awareness Ensure all linens and towels are properly cleaned, pressed, and stocked for daily use Assist with dry cleaning services when required or requested by guests or management Maintain cleanliness standards by following established protocols for sanitation and safety Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines to management promptly Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing techniques and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Excellent time management skills to complete duties within scheduled timeframes Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness and comfort are at the forefront!
