Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential spaces, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair and report maintenance issues promptly Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to guarantee a hygienic environment at all times Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or supplies as needed Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Prior hotel experience or familiarity with housekeeping management is a plus Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards is desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
