Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various spaces, ensuring every detail meets our quality expectations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or public areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to ensure floors are spotless and safe. Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents. Assist with sanitation procedures by disinfecting high-touch areas and adhering to health regulations to promote a safe environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from guests or residents with a friendly attitude. Support janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom cleaning, and maintaining overall cleanliness of common areas and facilities. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation standards. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors. Experience with laundry operations and handling various textiles with care. Ability to perform janitorial duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with guests or residents. Familiarity with hotel or custodial management practices is a plus. Basic cooking skills are desirable for supporting meal-related tasks when needed.
