Independent House Cleaning Technician

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Technician to join our team. As an Independent Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential properties. The position is part time to start and can turn into a full time opportunity for the right individual. Must Haves:

Bloomfield Hills, MI Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Deep clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as living/dining rooms, kitchens, hallways etc.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Experience:

• Previous knowledge and experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is required (2 Years minimum required)
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
