Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency. Conduct detailed floor care, including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques to extend flooring lifespan. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Maintain cleanliness of all tools and equipment, ensuring they are sanitized and in good working condition for daily use. Follow established sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all assigned areas. Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and organizing storage areas to promote a tidy workspace. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services or janitorial work Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is highly desirable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of movement.
