Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly. Assist with floor care, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Experience working in a hotel or similar environment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment usage is essential. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
