Team Leads Wanted Residential, Commercial & Airbnb Cleaning (3 Openings)

Part-Time — Growing Toward Full-Time Room for Advancement We are actively hiring 3 Team Leads to help oversee our growing residential, commercial, and Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning operations. Not everyone is built for leadership. This is NOT a stand-around, clipboard-holding position. Our Team Leads clean WITH their teams, coordinate workflow, make on-the-spot decisions, manage quality, and help protect our company reputation and client relationships. These positions are currently part-time but steadily growing toward full-time, with strong room for advancement as our company expands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning teams Work actively alongside your crew — not just supervise Coordinate workflow and assign tasks efficiently Handle fast-paced, high-volume cleaning environments Make on-the-spot decisions and problem solve professionally Perform quality checks before leaving job sites Check employee work and ensure company standards are met Coach, redirect, and hold team members accountable Help protect company reputation and client satisfaction Communicate clearly with management and employees

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Leadership experience in some capacity strongly preferred Cleaning leadership experience preferred but not required Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments strongly preferred Airbnb turnover, hospitality, housekeeping, management, food service leadership, logistics, or similar experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to coordinate employees and manage workflow Ability to make decisions under pressure Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
