Licensed Housekeeper for Airbnb Turnovers

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of Airbnb properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Execute detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming, mopping. Restock linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and other essentials to meet guest expectations. Conduct quality inspections to verify that all areas meet cleanliness standards and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning supplies responsibly. Maintain organized storage of cleaning equipment and supplies for efficient workflow. Adhere to local health regulations and company policies to ensure safe and compliant operations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on residential or commercial properties. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service. Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to follow detailed instructions consistently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Knowledge of custodial management practices is a plus.
