Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential, commercial, and short-term rental spaces. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to exceptional service will ensure that every space you care for is spotless, organized, and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial and short-term rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and safety Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or clients' needs promptly and professionally Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for daily operations Follow sanitation protocols meticulously to prevent the spread of germs and maintain health standards Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, Air Bnb turnovers, janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Skills in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is advantageous Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as needed Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
