Perform detailed floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces in top condition. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety protocols. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to deliver consistent quality across all assigned areas. Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel operations or housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy linens or moving furniture when needed. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
