Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar items to ensure guest comfort. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and dining areas by sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Adhere to hotel policies on sanitation standards, security procedures, and customer service excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within hotels or similar hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond courteously to guest requests.
