Job Summary The House-Person Team Member supports the daily operations of the clubhouse and event spaces by setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment, assisting with general upkeep, and ensuring event readiness. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Set up, break down, and maintain banquet/event spaces (tables, chairs, linens, AV equipment) Assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of clubhouse and surrounding areas Transport furniture and supplies between locations as needed Support Food & Beverage and Facilities teams with stocking and light maintenance and upkeep of structures and common areas Respond promptly to event-related needs and management requests Qualifications Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Compensation & Benefits $18.00/hour starting wage Free meals during shifts (lunch and dinner) Golfing privileges most Mondays after 2:00PM Uniforms provided Full-time employees also receive: Blue Cross Blue Shield medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Optical & Dental Coverage Paid time off Apply Today Whether you're looking for part-time hours or a full-time opportunity with room to grow, Franklin Hills Country Club is a rewarding place to work where your contributions truly matter.
