Full-Time Job Summary The Terrace Bay Hotel is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Our housekeeping staff is the heart of our hotel, ensuring that every guest walks into a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space. If you take pride in your work and understand that cleanliness is the key to a great guest experience, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Clean and Sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms to the highest standard. Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, linens, and beverages. Maintain a clean and organized cart with all necessary supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs). A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to pass a background check
