Hotel Housekeeper

Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning supplies Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation standards, privacy, and security measures Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services preferred; industrial cleaning or custodial experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Effective communication skills to respond courteously to guest requests
