Join our team as a Hotel Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will ensure that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas. Change bed linens and towels, make beds, and ensure that rooms are properly stocked with amenities. Vacuum carpets and upholstery to remove dirt, debris, and stains. Dispose of trash and recyclables in a sanitary manner. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, soap, and tissues in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing according to hotel standards. Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with fellow team members and departments to provide excellent service to guests. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
