Job Description
Job Overview Looking for a meticulous, reliable individual to maintain our clubhouse and restroom facilities to a hotel-quality standard this summer. The position involves part-time weekend work. Perfect for school employees on summer break or experienced cleaners looking to supplement income. Responsibilities Perform thorough deep cleaning of restrooms and clubhouse on Friday and Monday all equipment and cleaning supplies are provided. Cleaning process includes toilet cleaning, scrubbing showers, cleaning floors and restocking supplies. Responsibilities also include sweeping outdoor areas, watering flowers, cleaning windows, etc. Touch-up cleanings on Saturdays and Sundays, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies and removing trash. Weekend cleanings are shared responsibilities so candidate does not need to commit every weekend day throughout the summer, but must be available most weekends. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, housekeeping, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods Ability to precisely follow checklist of duties Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use is a plus. Bonus A $500 end of season bonus will be given if the the team member maintains a high standard of quality service throughout the summer and completes all scheduled shifts.
