Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain pristine environments Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, rooms, and common areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their environment Manage janitorial tasks including restocking supplies, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained Assist with housekeeping tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating with team members for efficient operations Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques across various surfaces and materials Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests Experience in laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding, and stain removal Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into spotless sanctuaries!
