In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to an exceptional experience for our guests and uphold the reputation of our establishment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or areas needing special attention and report them promptly. Support the overall cleanliness standards by assisting with deep cleaning projects or special sanitation tasks as needed. Requirements Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and laundry operations. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts. Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use.
