The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are cleaned and presented neatly. Sanitate bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping management is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
