Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and maintaining tile surfaces to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained. Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to promote health and safety. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Support custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and coordinating cleaning schedules. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required. Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance is preferred. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments enhances your ability to meet high standards of cleanliness.
