Cleaning Specialist (Mon-Fri 6PM-1AM) - Holland, MI

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This position involves both commercial and industrial cleaning tasks, requiring a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety. 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 6 PM-1 AM Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial, and industrial settings. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Conduct custodial duties including restocking supplies and managing waste disposal. Execute detailed cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning of facilities. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with custodial practices and floor care techniques. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
