Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain their appearance and safety Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly Follow established cleaning protocols using industrial cleaning equipment when necessary to ensure efficiency and safety Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests or team members, representing the hospitality standards of the organization Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for all staff and visitors Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and stain removal Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of cleaning procedures using various equipment and cleaning agents Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy items when needed Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness and comfort!
