Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance throughout the property. Maintain public areas by tidying lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with meticulous attention to detail. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety are prioritized. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures aligned with hospitality standards. Assist with inventory management by tracking cleaning supplies and requesting replenishments as needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles within hotel or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet extraction, polishing, and tile maintenance. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products preferred. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus for advancement opportunities.
