Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality service Assist with laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Support janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning projects as needed Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or janitorial procedures is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering consistently high-quality results Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively Join us in creating welcoming spaces that leave lasting impressions!
