Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hospitality Housekeeping and Laundry Service Associate! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency. Handle dry cleaning requests accurately, ensuring garments are cleaned to professional standards. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to ensure a pristine environment. Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest needs are consistently met. Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and deliver exceptional service promptly. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and dry cleaning operations is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and guests. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies.
