Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a well-maintained and welcoming apartment community. This role is essential in ensuring our property consistently reflects the high standards our residents expect and deserve. If you take pride in creating clean, inviting spaces and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of common areas, amenities, and vacant apartment homes. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas and hallways. Clean and maintain entryways, lobbies, elevators, fitness center, leasing office, restrooms, and other shared spaces to ensure they are tidy and welcoming. Restock supplies, such as paper products and cleaning supplies, in designated areas. Notify management of any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed in the common areas. Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment. Prepare vacant apartments ("make-readies") for new residents, ensuring they are spotless, fresh, and move-in ready Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces regularly Remove trash and maintain dumpster areas in a clean and orderly condition Assist with seasonal or deep-cleaning projects as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and promptly address any cleaning-related concerns or requests.

Schedule:
