Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are immaculate. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Care for floors through specialized techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to keep surfaces looking their best. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage janitorial responsibilities when needed, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, demonstrating versatility and readiness to support clients' household needs. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly desirable; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, polishing, and stain removal. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety procedures to ensure a healthy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving household items safely. Experience with laundry services and basic cooking skills are advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
