Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in 5 guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, making it essential for candidates to have experience in cleaning and housekeeping. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and buffing as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Follow established health and safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks.
