Housekeeper /

Room Attendant Typical Schedule :

Morning/Day shifts (often starting at 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM ), including weekends and holidays.

Environment :

Fast-paced, physical, and team-oriented.

Core ResponsibilitiesGuest Room Cleaning & Resetting Bed & Linen Service :

Strip beds of used linens and remake them to crisp brand standards.

Sanitization :

Deep clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors.

Dusting & Floors :

Dust all furniture, electronics, and headboards; vacuum carpets and mop hard surfaces.

Amenity Replenishment :

Restock guest essentials like towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, and stationery.

Operational Excellence Cart & Inventory Management :

Organize and stock your housekeeping cart daily with enough supplies to service your assigned room quota.

Maintenance Reporting :

Act as the "eyes and ears" of the hotel by reporting leaky faucets, burnt-out bulbs, or damaged furniture to the maintenance team immediately.

Lost & Found :

Follow strict procedures for tagging and turning in items left behind by guests.

Hospitality & Safety Guest Interaction :

Greet guests in hallways with a warm, professional demeanor.

Chemical Safety :

Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and OSHA standards.

Privacy :

Respect "Do Not Disturb" signs and maintain strict guest confidentiality.

Job Requirements Physical Stamina :

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for an 8-hour shift. You should be comfortable lifting up to 30-50 lbs and pushing a heavy laundry cart. Attention to

Ability to spot even the smallest issues, like a smudge on a mirror or a stray hair.

Reliability :

Experience :
