In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various spaces, including guest rooms, common areas, and residential units. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and products Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning as needed to ensure pristine surfaces Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for ongoing needs Assist with janitorial tasks like trash removal, window cleaning, and minor repairs to uphold cleanliness standards Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Familiarity with sanitation protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for.
