Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a fresh environment. Care for floors through specialized techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to preserve their appearance and safety. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and report any maintenance or cleaning equipment issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including custodial or janitorial roles. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining fabric quality. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry standards is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and products used in professional cleaning settings.
