HOUSEKEEPER I - FULL-TIME 2ND SHIFT 3PM TO 11

Job Summary:

Maintains a clean and safe environment for all patients, staff and visitors.

Essential Functions:

Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives. Sweeps& mops/scrubs, hard surface floors. Vacuums carpeted floor surfaces. Cleans & disinfects patient & exam rooms & makes up patient beds with clean linens. Cleans & disinfects staff work areas, offices, and hallway corridors. Dusts horizontal surfaces and wall and ceiling vents as required. Stocks dispensers with paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, & hand sanitizer as required. Removes trash, soiled linen, & regulated waste and transports to appropriate area. Stocks clean linen as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

18 Years of age.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

One (1) year of related experience preferred. Good communication, teamwork skills preferred.

Working Conditions:

Potentially exposed to infectious diseases.

Physical Requirements:

Constantly stand, walk, reach, push/pull. Frequently handle/grasp/feel, bend/twist, stoop/kneel/crouch, lift/carry 25 to 49 lbs. Occasionally lift/carry 50+ lbs. Marshall, 200 N. Madison, Marshall, MI 49068
