Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors regularly. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet operational standards. Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction and operational readiness. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans using industrial cleaning equipment when required. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing various flooring types. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service is advantageous. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or industrial vacuums safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
