This flexible role combines housekeeping responsibilities with breakfast service duties, providing a variety of tasks and opportunities to interact with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Room Attendant:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust furniture and fixtures Clean mirrors, windows, and surfaces to maintain hotel standards Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control policies Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in an organized manner

Breakfast Bar Ambassador:

Prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast area before service. Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service. Monitor and replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout breakfast hours. Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with breakfast cleanup and preparation for the next service period. Address guest questions and requests professionally. Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Schedule Room Attendant- Morning shifts (typically starting around 9am-10am may vary by hotel needs) Breakfast Bar Ambassador- Early Morning shifts (typically starting at 5am-6am may vary by hotel needs)
