Housekeeper

Responsibilities Perform thorough deep cleaning of units to ensure they're move in ready, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, vacuuming carpets, buffing, and polishing to preserve their appearance and longevity. Support custodial management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment. Cleaning the common areas daily, including public bathrooms, laundry rooms, hallways, pool area, conference rooms. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Familiarity with janitorial practices, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures is essential. Experience in laundry operations and custodial responsibilities will be advantageous. Previous roles involving housekeeping management or supervisory duties are a plus. Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and equipment used in professional housekeeping settings is important.
