We're looking to hire for this position to start as soon as possible, so please come in for an in-person interview. Interviews are held every weekday from 10am-3:30pm in the lobby of the hotel. Theres no need to schedule a day or time for an interview , please just come to the property and let the front desk agent know you're here for an interview, and they'll notify the General Manager.   • Housekeeping is provided to guests from 9:00am-5:00pm every day.
We are looking for candidates with open availability or flexibility concerning shifts! Weekends are must!
Summary:
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned rooms/suites. Reports maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain rooms/suites are in compliance with Hilton brand standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean assigned guestrooms and suites, which includes: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
  • Reports rooms as clean and ensures their housekeeping boards are up-to-date for inspectors to reference throughout the day.
  • Reports maintenance deficiencies in order to ensure room is in compliance with Hilton brand standards.
  • Strip dirty linens/towels along with any used amenities from guestrooms/suites.
  • Ensure housekeeping cart is replenished, cleaned, and stocked at the end of each day.
  • Greets guests immediately with friendly and sincere acknowledgement.
  • Ability to communicate with guests concerning special requests (such as providing extra amenities or service time requests).
  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as a part of the orientation process.
  • Folding Laundry/Sheets/Towels if necessary
  • Cleaning of common areas of the hotel if necessary
Specific Job Knowledge and Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to arrive to work on time and when scheduled.
  • Physically able to move large objects such as: carts, large bags of linen, ironing board.
  • Physically able to operate cleaning equipment such as: vacuum cleaners, brooms, spray bottles.
  • Ability to read and recognize room/suite numbers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
  • Ability to learn, follow and enforce standards for cleanliness as they apply to all aspects of suite.
  • Ability to follow all safety procedures/standards and able to recognize and act in emergency situations.

Carrying Safety Requirements:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your Manager.
NOTICE:
The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times. Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Hilton rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities. Employees who violate hotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
