Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Cleaner to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across residential or commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will ensure that every space meets high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards across all areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously. Assist with janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies and managing waste disposal. Support housekeeping management with inventory control and reporting on cleaning supplies and equipment. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred, especially within residential or hotel settings. Experience with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with laundry operations and sanitation standards. Housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
