Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and including laundry, floor care, sanitization. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will help create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your skills in housekeeping services will be valued and appreciated. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Assist with some laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Maintain floors through carpet cleaning, polishing, and floor care techniques to ensure a spotless appearance Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies Assist with outdoor cleaning as needed Practice manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' requests and ensuring their satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently with heavy lifting when required Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities is preferred Outdoor work experience is a plus for roles involving yard or exterior maintenance Join our team and bring your enthusiasm for creating clean, comfortable environments!
