Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, creating welcoming environments, and providing outstanding customer service. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting atmosphere for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens or clothing items with care and precision. Maintain floor care by shampooing carpets, waxing floors, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve their appearance and longevity. Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance guest or resident satisfaction. Uphold sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, and adhering to health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests, addressing concerns professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with custodial tasks in commercial or residential settings, including organizing supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and reaching high or low areas comfortably. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks when required. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations and carpet cleaning equipment is preferred.
