Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, commercial spaces, and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and residents. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities in accordance with established standards. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage laundry services by laundering linens and towels as needed. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Assist in housekeeping management duties as required, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the property. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous. Knowledge of basic cooking skills may be beneficial in certain residential settings.
