Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces spotless. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures when handling chemicals or equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and guest safety. Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy at all times. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques. Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality enhances efficiency and service quality. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices for large-scale or deep-cleaning tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
