Job Summary DayDreamer Domes , a boutique glamping resort in South Haven, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain our guest domes and shared spaces. This position ranges from 8-32 hours per week depending on season and occupancy, with significantly increased hours during peak season. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and clubhouse spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and provided equipment Complete turnovers efficiently and thoroughly between stays Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care procedures Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth daily operations Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Support the overall cleanliness of the facility by performing janitorial tasks as needed, including trash removal and surface sanitization Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of health and safety standards within a hospitality setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons•Reliable transportation to work Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Compensation & Perks Competitive Hourly Pay Participation in a shared tip pool after completion of probationary period All guest tips are combined and distributed among team members based on hours worked 50% employee discount on food and retail items Opportunity for increased hours during peak season Potential for advancement within the company Workplace Standards DayDreamer Domes maintains a drug-free workplace.
