Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across various environments. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for residents, guests, or clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain floors through specialized care including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to ensure a pristine appearance Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure readiness for residents or guests Follow proper sanitation procedures for kitchens and bathrooms to promote health and safety Manage custodial tasks efficiently within designated timeframes while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Knowledge of food preparation or cooking is desirable for roles involving kitchen upkeep Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or hospitality industry experience enhances performance in this role Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for.
