Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential or hospitality settings. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing thorough cleaning, organizing spaces, and providing exceptional service to residents or guests. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation of all living or working areas. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Manage residential or hotel housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct outdoor work as needed, such as maintaining outdoor patios or garden areas to ensure a tidy appearance. Safely perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or supplies while adhering to safety protocols. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest or resident satisfaction with cleanliness standards. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment operation; familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
