Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, and common areas Care for flooring through specialized floor care techniques like polishing and carpet cleaning to preserve appearance and safety Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are properly maintained and stored Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols related to janitorial tasks and use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for all Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment or furniture when necessary Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Customer service-oriented mindset with professional communication skills Experience with laundry operations and managing cleaning supplies efficiently Hotel cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
