Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, k and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and products, Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and maintaining hygiene protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such, training new team members, and maintaining logs. Skills Proven experience in a hotel cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
