Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that create a welcoming, sanitary environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the reputation of our facility, making it a pleasant and safe space for all. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests or concerns from residents or guests promptly and professionally Manage housekeeping supplies inventory and restock as needed to maintain operational efficiency Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and housekeeper management is a plus Basic understanding of janitorial supplies management and safety procedures Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces that leave a lasting positive impression!
