All Housekeeping Room Attendants receive a $1.00 Per Hour Bonus for Any Hours Worked Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. Whether part-time or full-time, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to exceptional guest experiences through thorough cleaning, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication will help uphold our commitment to cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality excellence. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels according to hotel standards. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and deep cleaning carpets or hard floors to preserve their appearance and safety. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist with inventory management by stocking cleaning supplies and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Ability to handle custodial equipment safely and effectively. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities.
